Flavored couscous with spinach. Spinach is very rich in vitamins and minerals. It contains almost all vitamins - C, A, E, K - and also B vitamins, many minerals and trace elements, it contains an extraordinary amount of iodine, and even a little manganese, but above all a large amount of iron. We pour 300 g of couscous with two tablespoons of olive oil, then we add 600 ml of boiling water and let it swell. We serve as a main course or as a side dish. Good for breakfast, snacks, to work or as a dinner.
