Couscous with lyophilized fruit and moringa oleifera from the Philippines. A fast, vegan sweet version of lunch, snack or dinner.
We pour 300 g of couscous with two tablespoons of olive oil, then we add 600 ml of boiling water and let it swell. We serve as a main course or as a side dish. Good for breakfast, snacks, to work or as a dinner.
Couscous (contains gluten), chia seeds, coconut (8%), skimmed milk powder, dried pineapple, Canadian cranberries, lyophilized fruit (strawberries, apricots - 3%), table salt (0.25%), moringa oleifera (0, 35%).
